Northern Ballet is seeking experienced Camera Operators and a Steadicam Operator to work on the film capture of The Great Gatsby at Milton Keynes Theatre in May 2022.
Northern Ballet is one of the world's leading narrative ballet companies and their performances have been streamed to cinemas around the world.
David Nixon OBE's blockbuster ballet will be filmed in front of a live audience with a multi-camera set up, directed by Northern Ballet's Associate Director for Digital Kenneth Tindall (film director of Dangerous Liaisons).
We are seeking camera operators to film the live performances on Tuesday 24 and Thursday 26 May 2022 including evenings.
We are also seeking a Steadicam Operator for dynamic close-up filming on stage during closed performances in the afternoon of Wednesday 25 and Friday 27 May.
This is a paid opportunity and reasonable expenses will be covered.
