Expressions returns to the Stanley and Audrey Burton Theatre stage this July to showcase the exciting new work of inclusive dance groups from Yorkshire and beyond.
Celebrating the talents of disabled dancers, this is the only event of its kind in Leeds. Expect songs from your favourite films and musicals, and many styles of dance from disco to contemporary. Described as 'inspiring', 'moving' and 'fun' by our previous attendees Expressions will have you dancing in your seat.
To be accessible for performers and audiences alike, all performances have a relaxed structure. If you have any specific requirements, please contact our Box Office.
All tickets are 'pay what you can'. We suggest a donation of £2 - £10. All donations will support the work of the Northern Ballet Learning team, allowing us to deliver inclusive dance projects, classes and events like Expressions.

‘The facilities and the inclusivity of the event offers young people an unforgettable experience and an opportunity that is not widely available for Special Educational Needs groups’
— Karen Williams, Greenacre School
‘The event is a brilliant performance opportunity, well organised and within great facilities. Our group wish to improve their performance skills and share their artistic practice widely. Expressions helps us to do this in a supported and trusted environment’
