It’s never too late to learn to dance! Our adult classes are accompanied by live music and are offered from beginner to intermediate level.

These classes are a great way to socialise, keep fit and improve posture and flexibility.
Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous ballet experience, we have a class tailored especially for you. These weekly classes will improve your fitness, technique, flexibility and posture.
All adult classes take place at our headquarters in Leeds LS2 7PA, unless otherwise specified.
Monday, 6.00-7.15pm
Adult Ballet Improver drop in
Our weekly improver drop in class will work on your classical technique skills, whilst building strength, stamina and coordination. As a step up from our adult courses, this drop in class will introduce new steps and vocabulary. We encourage dancers not yet at an improver level to take our beginner level courses and feel confident in their beginner technique before advancing to this class.
£8.50/£8 concession per class
Tuesday, 7.05-8.20pm
Adult Ballet Intermediate drop in
Our weekly intermediate drop in will be at a quicker pace than our courses and will cover more challenging steps including turns, adage and travelling at an intermediate level. We encourage dancers not yet at an intermediate level to take our beginner level courses and/or our improver drop in class and feel confident in their technique before advancing to this class.
£8.50/£8 concession per class
Wednesday, 6.00-7.00pm
Adult Ballet 1 Course - Introduction to ballet
This 8 week course is designed for those with very little or no previous experience. The course will cover the basic ballet vocabulary and steps providing a foundation technique.
£80 per term, booking shortly

Wednesday, 7.10-8.10pm
Adult Ballet 2 Course - Beginner ballet with some experience
This eight week course is the next step up from our level 1 course. For dancers with some basic ballet knowledge, or for those who have completed the level 1 course. We will continue to build on extending your vocabulary and technique, broadening your understanding of classical ballet.
£80 per term, booking shortly

What to wear
Clothing should be loose and comfortable so that you can move easily. No denim please. Ballet shoes are required for all classes for admittance to class.
