Dinner 18 October
We have established a regular dinner held before our Northern Ballet Ensemble concerts.
Each one consists of a drinks reception, three course meal and interval drinks.

Confit salmon with buttered asparagus, green shoots and horseradish cream
Pan-fried pork loin, mustard and sage cream, chorizo and artichoke hearts, stacked on sauté potatoes
Coconut meringues with roasted brandy peaches and vanilla ice-cream
Fixed price, including wine is £37.50 per person including your ticket to the Ensemble
